Overall, the trip was really good. We had the opportunity to experience Italy with it's different cultures, landscapes and food (from North to South). The tour guides and bus/shuttle drivers were very informative and accommodating. Our tour guide Clara went above and beyond. The staff at Hotel Costanza made us feel at home. We saw so much and felt safe. Highly recommend going to Italy in November, no crowds. The northern part of Italy was magnificent! Carlos and Valter were fabulous and we felt well taken care of and well-organized. However once we returned to Rome there were several issues with organization and no cohesive thread to keep it together. Still an excellent trip and we will likely do another Wingbuddy trip. Was amazed at how many places we saw in 12 days! The hotels were great! Special thanks for accommodations made for my dietary restrictions! this is the first time i booked all inclusive tour to Italy. I was taken care of upon arrival and departure. local guides have lots of knowledge in explaining the details and the history - it was very informative. luxury bus was very comfortable and clean. we were a group of 49 people and i made lots of friends. overall experience was fantastic. i would do it again. thank you for this wonderful trip!!... This was an incredibly well detailed trip. You get all the top spots and some hidden gems. There are 2 more optional activities not listed from Wingbuddy, and both are well worth it (Venice by Night and Capri city tour). Only change I'd say is to simply add a day to this trip and separate the Vatican and Colosseum tours, as they are on the same day, and each are 3 hours (super awesome tours!); but it is 6 hours of tour time in 1 day which is rough in the summer heat. Our first guide was absolutely amazing , her name was Nicole ( Niki) . The guides for the second part of the trip were confusing and just ok. The Rome Garden has an amazing breakfast Buffett. This was our second wingbuddy holiday. Wingbuddy packs a lot into their travel destinations. It can be a bit busy but there are no surprises from Wingbuddy Their outline of the trip and the trip itself is exactly what we expected. Hotels were good, clean. The breakfasts and especially the coffees were excellent. There were two dinners included at the beginning of the trip that were not what we expected, Service was good but the quality of the meals were not great. The hotel in sorento was amazing, the dinner and the rooms. Tour guides were great, tours were good, a bit busy at the venues but was expected this time of year. Italy is beautiful and on this trip we saw a lot of what Italy is. I would recommend Wingbuddy. There tours are exactly what they say they are. I am now looking to do our third Wingbuddy trip. ... The 12-Day Italy From North to South travel package was my first tip with Wingbuddy. I am not easily impressed however, this was one of the most expertly organized tours I have experienced. We loved the Italian Dream - everything was perfect - (except no washcloths at any of the hotels - I know that is not anything you can change) - the arranged tours were very interesting - the tour guides were excellent!! - Stephano with the mini-bus from Rome. the guides on the tours, (eg: Florence Museum, Pisa, Pompeii, Amalfi Coast ) We appreciated being separated into an English speaking group - & having our own guide & Mini-bus. all connections and travel went smoothly but there could have been more clarity that Wing buddy was using other service providers (e.g.- Carrani Tours, Grey bus line) . We learned early that the actual drivers, etc. did not know the name of Wing buddy. Less experienced travellers would have been nervous about who was picking them up and each connection especially if the driver was a little late. Our Guide on the first part of the Trip was outstanding. She went above and beyond trying to help people. We had multiple guides on the Amalfi Coast part of our trip and they were average. Overall we really enjoyed the tour. We probably should have booked an extra day or two in Rome at the beginning or end of our Tour.... Lire la suite

I had a fantastic time on this vacation. Our guide Sabrina, was excellent, she has a lot of knowledge about all the places we visited and she was especially kind to me traveling by myself for the first time in many years. She made sure we all knew exactly where to meet up and where to experience the best food in all the places we visited.. I was disappointed in the hotel we stayed at in Rome, it was far away from the main attractions and the neighbourhood was not the best. Some of the rooms were not good and in need of renovations. However it did not ruin my vacation. The best hotels were in Florence and Sorrento. I would definitely book another trip with Wingbuddy.!... Lire la suite

The tour I was on with Carrani Tours was very good. The first part of the trip from Rome to Venice and back was very organized. Our driver Alberto, and our tour guide Clara were top notch. I would highly recommend them and would tour with them again. Clara made sure that each person felt welcome, knew their names and who they were, kept the different people on our tour apprised of their plans because some left from Venice and didn't come back with us. Very professional. The trip from Rome to Amalfi seemed less organized. The tour guide that was with the driver when they picked us up at the hotel for the Vatican tour and then again picked us up to take us to the bus for the Amalfi tour was not to friendly and didn't really give us any information, just talked to the driver. Would not recommend him. Our Tour guide for the Vatican tour was very good and very knowledgable. I would recommend him. When we boarded the bus for the Amalfi part of the tour, we had one tour guide on the bus from Rome to Naples and Pompeii, then another tour guide on the bus from Naples to Sorrento. So it seemed a little disjointed. The hotels were clean. The hotel in Sorrento was very nice, spacious, clean, and the people friendly. The hotel in Venice was clean and nice to stay at, but the room was very small and we didn't have enough room to open our suitcases. The hotel in Florence was very nice and the staff very friendly. The hotel in Rome was not very good and I would not recommend staying or booking that hotel again. It was the hotel B and B Toscalana. The staff in the evening was friendly. Luigi and Ornella I believe. The other staff was not very friendly. They only have a sheet on the bed and a very thin cover over it. When asked if they had a blanket they said they were in storage for the summer. The room we were in and several others on the tour rooms had mildew in the showers. One of the fellow travelers had no nightstands or lamps next to the bed. The air conditioning didn't work adequately and the rooms were hot. We had to stay in this hotel 3 times on this tour. The first night, the two nights after returning from Venice, and the night after returning from Sorrento. Almost half our tour was in this hotel and it was not a very good one so that wasn't so great. The food we had was good. Breakfasts were different at each hotel, but they had a variety of food to eat, coffee, water, juice and milk. The lunches and dinners we had were also very good.
