The Wingbuddy team was excellent. Quick to respond to emails or any concerns. The transportation set up was great, even though we had some trouble locating the first driver in the Paris Airport. All t he directions in the itinerary were very straightforward. If I had to do it all over again, I would probably just get upgraded hotels as the hotels that came with the package were far away from all the attractions. This was a freedom tour so we had the time for whatever we wanted to do. It was very good. Maybe next time I will try an organized tour package and see how it goes. It was really an exceptional trip. The flights schedule. hotels booked, breakfast were all exceptions. B&B Roma was excellent compared to Berne opera in Paris. Both were close to metro which was on e of the best highlights. We were received at the airport on time and took from the hotels on time back to airport. This trip was really amazing. We were worried about the transportation between the hotels and airport but everything was so fantastically well organized. Our driver from the Paris location Clair was s o helpful. She made such an effort to reach us and to find us we were thankful to be located by her. Clair was also picking us up to the airport at 3 am. What a wonderful service! Also it was easy in Italy when the driver already was waiting with the sign. The hotel also informed us about the pick up for the flight back. The hotels we stayed were really nice and location however far from the downtown but we didn’t mind. In Polonia Hotel in Paris we really appreciated friendly and kind reception stuff. Hotel newly renovated and location close to metro station. In Italy the hotel was also nice but if they could upgrade one thing it would be the outlet to charge the phone. Unfortunately there was only one outlet in our room. All rooms were clean and we had new towels every day. We are already recommending Wingbuddy to all our friends because we had wonderful experience. ... Read More
